How do I use BAIOBAY Coconut Oil?

Are BAIOBAY products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. BAIOBAY is 100% vegan, and we never test (and will never test) on animals.

Where is BAIOBAY Coconut Oil made?

BAIOBAY Coconut Oil is sourced from the Philippines, one of the world’s main producers of coconut oil. The packaging and the finished product are made in France. 

Why does my BAIOBAY Coconut Oil change texture?

Our Coconut Oil is 100% pure, which means it will react and change texture depending on the temperature. Below 22°C (72°F), it solidifies. Above that, it becomes liquid. This is a sign of quality, showing that no modifications have been made to the oil. 

Some people prefer to use it in liquid form: in that case, you can briefly run the tube under warm water to reach the desired consistency. If it’s too liquid for your liking, just leave it in the fridge for a few minutes until it solidifies to your preference. 

Coconut Oil reacts quickly to temperature changes, so it’s easy to use with the texture you prefer.

First, the basics: BAIOBAY Coconut Oil is cold-pressed, which helps preserve its many benefits and gives you an exceptional-quality oil. Of course, it’s also vegan, cruelty-free, and made in France. 

But most importantly, it’s N O M A D E.

Coconut Oil is a magical care product that was previously difficult to transport (we’ve all dealt with the messy jars) and not very hygienic (hands in the jar)… we loved the product, but it wasn’t ideal. 

At BAIOBAY, our goal is to offer you an exceptional product — Coconut Oil — in packaging that allows you to use it as often and as easily as you want.

This tube can go everywhere with you: slip it in your bag, leave one at the office, keep one in the car, take it to the beach, and even travel with it (its 100ml size allows you to take it on planes). 

In line with our environmental commitment, we do our best to minimize the product’s environmental impact. That’s why we don’t add extra packaging around the tube to avoid unnecessary waste. 

Can I use BAIOBAY products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? 

BAIOBAY products have not been developed or tested for pregnant or breastfeeding women, but our products do not contain anything harmful to the baby or the mother.

What are the delivery fees? 

France: 6.50€ and rest of Europe 9.90€

What are the delivery times?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, delivery times are:  

• France: 3–5 business days

• European Union: 4–8 business days

• Rest of the world: 4–12 business days depending on the destination

Can I return a product? 

Of course! You have 14 days from the order date to return a product. Only unused products can be returned, and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, both in France and worldwide. Details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
