Absolutely. BAIOBAY is 100% vegan and we never (and will) never test on animals.
Where is BAIOBAY coconut oil made?
BAIOBAY Coconut Oil is sourced in the Philippines, one of the main producers of Coconut Oil in the world. The packaging and the finished product are made in France.
Why does my BAIOBAY coconut oil change texture?
Our Coconut Oil is 100% pure which means that, like many natural products, it will react and change texture with temperature. Below 22°C, it becomes solid. Above, it liquefies. It is a guarantee of quality that the oil reacts in this way, it shows in particular that no modification has been made to it.
Some people prefer to use it in a liquid state: in this case, you can pass the tube under lukewarm water for a moment to obtain the desired consistency. If, on the contrary, you find that it is too liquid: do not hesitate to leave it in the refrigerator for a few minutes until it becomes as solid as you wish.
Coconut Oil reacts very quickly to changes in temperature, so it will be easy to use it with a texture that matches what you prefer.

Finally, still in this idea of environmental awareness, we do our best to limit the impact of the product on the environment as much as possible. Can I use BAIOBAY skincare if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
BAIOBAY skincare products have not been developed or tested for pregnant or breastfeeding women. We advise against the use by pregnant or breastfeeding women of any product that has not been specially developed for them.

What are the delivery times ?
We wouldn't want you to run out of Coconut Oil at BAIOBAY so all orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
France : 3 to 5 working days
European Union : 4 to 8 working days
Rest of the world : 4 to 12 working days depending on destination
Is it possible to make a return?
