SHIPPING

• Delivery time: 4–7 business days depending on country
• Free delivery in France & the EU on orders over €79 💌 

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

RETURNS 

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. 
• The returned product must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must notify BAIOBAY of the return by emailing hello@baiobay.com. 
• We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number.
