2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Sale apply to all online sales of products offered on the Site. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. You will be asked to accept these Terms during the checkout process.
3. Products and availability
The Site offers cosmetic products for sale (the "Products"). Each Product is described on its product page. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information and stock status shown on the Site are accurate. All orders are subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and refund you for that Product.
4. Orders
To place an order, you select the Products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. Before confirming your order, you can review and change your cart and delivery details.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you see an order confirmation screen. You will also receive an order confirmation by email. Please keep this confirmation and any invoice you receive for your records.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT, but excluding delivery costs. Any delivery costs will be shown separately before you confirm your order.
You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. Payments are processed via secure payment service providers such as Shopify Payments gateway (e.g. Visa, Mastercard). Your order will only be processed after your payment has been accepted. If payment cannot be completed, the order will be cancelled.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the countries and delivery options shown at checkout. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the order process and may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
The Products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure the address is correct; we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
When your order is delivered, please check the condition of the parcel and the Products. If a parcel appears damaged, you should note this with the carrier and contact our customer service as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason, except where a statutory exception applies (for example, sealed cosmetic products which have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at hello@baiobay.com within the 14-day period and provide your name, contact details and order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning the Products. Returned Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Once we have received and inspected the returned Products, we will refund you within 14 days by the same payment method you used for the original transaction, where possible.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, graphics, videos and other materials, is owned or controlled by the Operator or its partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site and its content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, such as copying, reproduction, modification or distribution, requires our prior written consent.
10. Liability
We are responsible for supplying Products that conform to the contract and applicable consumer protection laws. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) or for misuse of the Products or the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site. We recommend that you read it carefully to understand how we collect, use and protect your data.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the European Union.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@baiobay.com so that we can try to resolve the issue together. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may have the right to bring the matter before the competent courts or use available consumer dispute resolution mechanisms in your country of residence.
13. Acceptance of the Terms
By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Sale and accept them. The Terms applicable to your order are those available on the Site at the time you confirm your order.
