2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Service apply to all online sales and use of the Site. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You will be asked to accept these Terms during checkout.
3. Products and availability
The Site offers cosmetic products for sale (the “Products”). Each Product is described on its dedicated page. All orders are subject to availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you and issue a refund for that Product.
4. Orders
To place an order, select your Products, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Before confirming your order, you may review and modify the contents of your cart.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. You will receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT, but excluding delivery fees. Applicable delivery costs are shown separately during checkout.
Payments are processed securely via trusted payment service providers (for example, Shopify Payments or Stripe). An order will only be processed once payment has been accepted.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the countries and delivery options shown at checkout. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.
Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Upon delivery, please check the condition of the parcel. If a package appears damaged, note this with the carrier and contact our customer service.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without giving any reason, except where legal exceptions apply (for example: sealed cosmetic Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@baiobay.com within 14 days. Returned Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, videos, logos, graphics, etc.) is the property of Twistbe Oy or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.
10. Liability
We are responsible for ensuring that our Products comply with applicable consumer protection laws. However, we cannot be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) or from improper use of the Products or the Site.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your EU country of residence.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@baiobay.com so that we may attempt to resolve it together. You may also have the right to bring the matter before your local consumer protection authority or court.
13. Acceptance of the Terms
