Was your parcel returned to us before you had a chance to collect it?
You can arrange a reshipment by purchasing this service and paying the shipping costs as usual (€4.90 + €6.50).
Why is there a reshipment fee?
As a small business, we unfortunately cannot offer free reshipments. The carrier charges us for shipping, storing, returning, and reshipping unclaimed parcels, resulting in costs of approximately €29 per parcel. This reshipment service is our way of being able to continue serving our customers while covering part of these expenses.
We also do not want to encourage parcels being left unclaimed by offering free reshipments, as repeatedly shipping the same package is not environmentally friendly.

Please note that you cannot order additional products together with a reshipment order.

How to use
The Hair Serum can be applied in three different ways:
- On the lengths and ends: When the hair is dry, lacks softness, shine or in case of frizz: apply 2 to 3 drops (depending on the length of your hair) of Hair Serum on the lengths and ends .
- Scalp Oiling: Apply a more generous amount of serum to the scalp and lengths then leave on overnight before washing hair for deep nourishment.
- With the Nourishing Hair Mask: Add a few drops of Serum to the Nourishing Hair Mask and apply it as a very nourishing mask before shampooing.

The cardboard box is compostable and printed with vegetable-based inks.
The bottle is made of recyclable glass.
The pipette is to be separated from the bottle and placed in the sorting bin for recycling.
The packaging is 100% recyclable.
